“Full Circle Care” and “Power of 10” Bring Home Gold and Silver

Local Marketing Agency Wins Two Healthcare Wallies for Creative Excellence

RALEIGH, N.C. - Dec. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- Raleigh, N.C. December 22, 2014 – Media Partners, Incorporated (MPI), a full-service marketing firm with a growing  healthcare portfolio, took home two prestigious Wallies at a recent award presentation sponsored by the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society (CHPRMS) in Charleston, SC.

MPI received a Gold Wallie for feature writing created for Central Carolina Hospital (CCH) in Sanford supporting a new pediatric hospitalist campaign that promoted services for children.  The storyline held special significance in Sanford’s rural community, introducing a Sanford teenager and the discovery that a favorite pediatric hospitalist is now at CCH.  This feature, along with other patient testimonials created for the “Full Circle Care” campaign, is credited for helping the service line increase by 40% within the first six months.

“We thank Central Carolina Hospital for allowing us to support this important work, and we are committed to delivering the marketing strategies that help them reach their goals,” said Partner Nancy Bono.  “It’s a tremendous honor for our team to be recognized by the industry and our peers, and we’re keenly aware that our success is due to the success of our clients."

MPI also received a Silver Wallie for a capital campaign called The Power of 10, designed for Transitions LifeCare, formerly Hospice of Wake County.  Ten additional rooms are vitally needed for Hospice Home to help Transitions LifeCare keep pace with the Triangle’s growing population. MPI won for a campaign platform positioned with the appeal: It’s only 10 rooms, yet they have the power to change lives exponentially.  Since the capital campaign kicked off one year ago, Transitions LifeCare has reached over 50% of its fundraising goal.

“We approach all of our work with the highest of standards, and always with the intent to achieve measurable results,” said Partner Sal Conino.  “Hospice is so important to our community, whether it’s offering compassionate end-of-life care or helping us deal with loss.  We are honored to have this work for Transitions LifeCare recognized. ”
