By: Veterans Village/SHARE A special event for the families and children of Veterans Village and Westcare Women & Children’s campus, Lunch for 300 will be served for all in attendance. Santa will pay a special visit with gifts for children in attendance. ARNOLD STALK PhD, FOUNDER, VETERANS VILLAGE: “The holiday season is alive and well at Veterans Village and we want to thank our United States Veterans, families and moms & children from WestCare with Christmas cheer. All in attendance will have a buffet lunch and enjoy an escape from the cold streets and homelessness while residing at Veterans Village. Nobody will ever go hungry or without a gift at Christmas at Veterans Village ”. WHEN: December 23, 2014 12 Noon-2:00 p.m. WHERE: Veterans Village Las Vegas, 1150 Las Vegas Blvd. South (Charleston & Las Vegas Blvd. So.) INTERVIEWS/PHOTO OP: United States Veterans (Residents at Veterans Village) Photo ops for women & Children from WestCare Woman & Children’s Campus. Donors of buffet lunch and other donors on hand for interviews. ITINERARY: 11:45 am: Mom’s and children arrive at Veterans Village from WestCare Woman & Children’s Campus. 12:00 pm: Buffet lunch served. 12:30 pm: Face painting and games for kids. 1:00 pm: Santa Claus arrives from North Pole.
