Each obstacle is more of a lesson.”

Like Sarah, Naomi also has a background in management and exhibits a highly positive attitude. “I live by the belief that success is 99% attitude and 1% ability,” she said. “I know that I will reach my goals for the coming year, which is to influence new markets and demographics, and to help spread client awareness.”

According to Andrew, Naomi will give competitors in any new market a run for their money. “She has a strong work ethic, and is very fast-paced,” he indicated. “She’ll run circles around anyone who gets in her way!”

“As assistant managers at One Image, Inc., Sarah and Naomi must balance a wide array of responsibilities,” continued Andrew. “They’re expected to complete their training programs in under a year, at which time they will move forward into management.”

Their duties will include learning every component of the hiring process, including background checks and payroll details. They’ll also perform various administrative tasks, provide motivational speeches, and engage in a high level of networking.

“By the time they complete their training, they will fully understand all functions of management, train and mentor their new colleagues, conduct interviews, and organize marketing and customer service trainings,” Andrew concluded. “At the rate they’re progressing, however, Sarah and Naomi will be running their own offices in no time.”
