LOS ANGELES - Dec. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- December 18, 2014, Los Angeles, CA -  A new ad campaign designed to increase consumer traffic to the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance website was announced today.

"We are pleased to hear from so many that the Association's website is the number one resource for consumers seeking information on long term care," shares Jesse Slome, executive director of the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI).   The Association website has the largest compendium of information for consumers seeking current and relevant information on long term care planning options.

According to AALTCI, over one million consumers visit the organization's website each year.   The organization offers consumers information and the opportunity to obtain no-obligation cost comparisons from leading long term care insurance experts.

"Today there are a half dozen leading long term care insurance companies including Genworth Financial, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, New York Life and Northwestern Mutual," Slome noted.  "But the policies, the options and the costs and acceptable health standards vary significantly so getting a fair and honest comparison can save you many thousands of dollars."

The ads are being written and artwork is being created internally.  The Association declined to indicate the specific media where the ads will appear.   "We will announced after the ads are placed and the publications released," Slome explained.

The American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance (AALTCI) is a national trade organization established to build awareness and understanding about long term care planning.  For more on this important protection, call the AALTCI Consumer Hotline at 818-597-3227 or visit the Association's website at http://www.aaltci.org.
