RIMS is Recruiting a CATIA V5 CAM Programmer for a Major F1 Team

WITNEY, U.K. - Dec. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Our client, a major Formula One Team, is currently recruiting for the position of CATIA V5 CAM Programmer.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager–Metallics, the role will be responsible for the creation of CNC programs for 3 & 5 axis machines using Heidenhain iTNC 530 Controls, manufacture of parts right first time using optimum machining techniques and CatiaV5 R20 software to an acceptable quality standard and the design and manufacture of component holding fixtures.

The Team are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. The successful candidate will work well under pressure, with short lead times and tight deadlines. They will have significant experience in an equivalent position in an engineering discipline, with substantial experience and knowledge of production and manufacturing methods. Experience in the motorsport sector or aerospace industries would be advantageous.
