H.B. Fuller Construction Products Announces Organizational Changes

AURORA, Ill. - Dec. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- H.B. Fuller Construction Products made two key changes to its organizational structure by creating and filling two new positions: Business Director for the Wholesale Flooring Distribution business and Business Director for Concrete Repair and Restoration. These changes will help the company continue to offer the services and quality its customers expect.

With the recent acquisition of Pro Spec^® Construction Products, which is a provider of tile and stone installation products, H.B. Fuller Construction Products now has a national production footprint and a wider array of products and services to meet the needs of its customers. The fulfillment of two new Business Director positions helps the company support its new business.

Rachel Gibbons assumed the newly-created position of Business Director for the Wholesale Flooring Distribution segment. Rachel will execute the flooring installation materials strategy for flooring contractors and its distributor partners in North America. She will shape the company’s vision to provide innovative solutions and exceptional customer and technical support. Rachel previously served as H.B. Fuller Construction Products Global Marketing Director. With nearly 15 years of experience in the flooring industry, Rachel has helped bring many breakthrough products and programs to market that improve performance, efficiency, and profitability of flooring installation.

Paul Henning assumed the newly-created position of Business Director for Concrete Repair and Restoration. In this key role, Paul will develop and execute the strategy for H.B. Fuller Construction Products’ new business – concrete repair and restoration.  As the former COO of Pro Spec^®, Paul will organize this newly-acquired business for success and profitable growth.
