"Lords LB Asset Management” launches new fund

VILNIUS, Lithuania - Dec. 12, 2014 - PRLog -- On the 9^th of December 2014 the Supervision Service of the Bank of Lithuania gave permission to approve the rules of LORDS LB BALTIC FUND IV, a closed – end real estate investment fund intended for informed investors, to be formed by UAB „Lords LB Asset Management“.

LORDS LB BALTIC FUND IV is a closed-end real estate investment fund. The fund is intended for informed investors seeking long-term capital gains from investments into cash flow generating commercial properties in the Baltic States. The target Fund size is EUR 75 mln.
