Dony Budidharma close Transafe Indonesia internal training event “Lead The Champion 2014"

JAKARTA SELATAN, Indonesia - Dec. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Dony Budidharma, Director of Transafe Indonesia closes Transafe Indonesia annual internal training for 2014 themed “Lead the champion 2014”. This program is the third season of Transafe internal program. Participant of this training come from Jakarta and Batam branch and various department including training and operations, marketing, finance and administration.

“The difference with our previous sessions of Lead the Champion program is this time 3 (three) of our trainers are BNSP certified instructors.” said Luki Tantra, Business & Development Manager.  “We also cooperate with our sister company TransWish Indonesia for this program. We make it more comprehensive, more soft skill training material involved, and mini team building games are better”

In this year event, Mrs. Sri Astuti, Transafe Indonesia’s Assistant Marketing manager titled as The Best Trainer. She continue the success of  her predecessor Mrs. Rizki Novanti, a two time best trainer for this program. The best participant awarded to Mr. Panit Raharjo from Training & Operation department.

The program is followed by training & operation department: Mr. Isral Sani and Mr. Panit Raharjo; HR & GA: Mrs. Dian Indriyani and Mr. Pratama Jaya; Marketing Batam area: Mrs. Anggi Amelia and Mr. Robby Aipassah

Robby Aipassah, the only male representative from Batam said “I am Very excited with this program, especially on Team Building session. Those games really tested our team work and cooperation to the limit”.

Trainings given in this program are Communication Skill, Basic Health Safety Environment Awareness, Customer Service Skill, Team work, Salesmanship, Personal development session, Character building, half day mini team building and joining a BOSIET with METS training class at Transafe Indonesia training centre in Jakarta. This development program will boost the performance of participant on the real day to day working environment.
