Montana Auxiliary of Wives Behind the Badge, Inc. to host a Christmas Ornament Contest
Montana Auxiliary of Wives Behind the Badge, in collaboration with Bozeman Police Department and Gallatin County Sheriff's Office, is hosting their first Christmas Ornament Contest for children this holiday season. Children up to 12 years of age are encouraged to decorate an ornament to be hung in the Law & Justice Center starting December 08 through December 23. A drop box will be set up at The Law & Justice Center, 615 South 16th St., Bozeman, MT. “I am excited to see all of the decorated ornaments in the Law and Justice Center and am looking forward to being involved in creating a positive relationship between our law enforcement and the community,” said Director Jae.
Please be sure to tag your ornament with the child's name, age and a contact phone number. The tags need to be securely attached to their ornament. Ornaments will be judged by Chief Price of Bozeman Police Department and Sheriff Gootkin of Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office. The contest winner will be invited to a personal pizza party with deputies and officers from both departments. The winner will be contacted via telephone after December 23rd and publicly announced on our social media websites. Be sure to follow Montana Auxiliary of Wives Behind the Badge on Facebook and Twitter.
