SANTA ANA, Calif. - Dec. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Cemtek Environmental, a technology leader in Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) today announced that they have launched their new e-commerce CEMS parts website which will streamline the company’s parts ordering and fulfillment process for its customer base.

The site has been designed to display each Cemtek customer’s unique list of parts at both the component and parts level. The site also includes a searchable parts database and customer knowledge base where additional content will updated on a regular basis.

In addition to ordering parts online, Cemtek customers will also have the option to email the parts department, send an email to our service department, and have the ability to request onsite service through the portal.

The customer portal and the online parts ordering system is located at www.cemtekparts.com.  We will continually work to improve the site and its functionality.  Planned future upgrades will include online chat with the parts and service departments.
