CHICAGO - Dec. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- East-West University is offering all new students registering for the Winter Quarter, which begins in January, locked in tuition rates for all four years of college. Tuition at four-year private colleges increased 3.7 percent on average between fall 2013 and fall 2014, according to the “Trends in College Pricing 2014” report prepared by the College Board. East-West is offering a tuition freeze that could save students thousands of dollars.
