Boston Center for Adult Education Presents Your Best Year Yet

BOSTON - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- WHAT:          The start of a New Year shouldn’t be about resolutions and things we have to give up, rather a time to settle intentions and pinpoint ways to achieve happiness and success in the year ahead. On Sunday, January 25^th, 2015 from 11:00AM to 2:00PM, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE), is partnering with author, yoga teacher and one of Boston’s most well-known mind/body balance instructors, Rebeca Pacheco, for a one-session course, “Your Best Year Yet,” where students will utilize the most powerful tool they have in achieving just that: the mind.

Rebecca Pacheco is a yoga teacher, writer and creator of OmGal.com, voted Best Yoga & Fitness Site in the 2010 Intent Web Awards. A master-level teacher at the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute for several years, Rebecca now leads classes and workshops at studios in Boston and beyond. Her strong, articulate, and uplifting teaching style is influenced by many types of yoga, including Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa. Her students include yogis of all levels including Olympic, professional and amateur athletes, corporate executives, mothers-to-be, new moms, people with injuries or disabilities and more. She’s currently working on a book entitled Do Your Om Thing, from which this course draws inspiration.

This uplifting course “Your Best Year Yet” will feature meditation practice, creative inspiration, and “mind-mapping,” a fun activity that will help students manifest their best year yet.
