Emergency Town Hall Meeting for Call to Action

A Los Angeles Emergency Town Hall Meeting & Community Call to Action

INGLEWOOD, Calif. - Dec. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Today Monday, December 1, 2014,  6pm at People’s Independent Church 5856 West Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90043  we will bring  together the community, civic, law enforcement  and religious leaders for a time of dialogue regarding the issues in Ferguson, MO and our local community.

Community Call To Action: Clergy and community leaders along with law enforcement officers will gather on Monday, December 1 at 6pm for a time of sensible dialogue and strategy on community and law enforcement relations in light of the ongoing senseless murders by way of use of excessive force.

It is our aim to promote sensible discussions that will birth action items and next steps in this gathering to promote change and speak aggressively against civil disobedience. I would love to have your input and presence on the panel that evening on community and police relations.

We want to also educate the community on the public policy process in this gathering in order to promote peaceful change. Civil Disobedience is not the answer to promote change.

It is time for the clergy of our community to unify as one and bring leadership that will promote peace and strategy.

It is our aim to foster and nurture healthy relationships with law enforcement and community.
