BRIDGEWATER, Mass. - Nov. 26, 2014 - PRLog -- Laurie Steinberg of The Steinberg Realty Group with Keller Williams Realty in Easton, MA, has proven to her clients and her fellow real estate agents that she is in fact a force to be reckoned with. Laurie has been in the real estate sales business for over 15 years with primary market being that of the Plymouth, Bristol, and Norfolk County areas.

Laurie Started her real estate journey with a small hometown real estate company and quickly moved up the chain, spending a year at Realty Executives and winning the Rookie of the year award only to move on to Re/Max Landmark Realtors where she was a two time winner of the President Club and The 100% Club. Laurie made the move over to Keller Williams just one short year ago and sense has proven her marketing and negotiating skills.

Laurie's up and rising specialty has been listing homes that expired on the market.  There are many reasons a home doesn’t sell the first time, and Laurie specializes in selling homes that don't sell the first tim. Laurie has figuring out how to get these homes sold and fast at her sellers prices. Just last week she listed an expired listing and put it under agreement in 3 days. Her marketing skills have shown that she is an out of the box thinker and knows how to reach today's home buyers.  Laurie says that today's home buyers are much more educated and have more resources available to them that we really need to know how to reach them and be able to give them the information they are looking for. This is the information that gets her sellers' homes sold fast and for the most money.  Laurie stated that November – December will have a lot of expired listing and wants all those sellers to know that during the holiday and winter months, home owners more often than not get more for their homes then they would if they wait till spring.  “It’s a supply and demand thing, you may get less buyers to view your home but the ones that do come are serious, I don’t know about you but I would rather have 1 or 2 serious buyers and a great offer then 10-15 lookers and no offer.”

Laurie’s other recent accomplishment was selling a condominium in Taunton, MA for the highest selling price in over 5 years, this is her 3rd time within 3 different complexes that she has helped the owners raise the values of their homes by getting higher sales prices.  “I have home owners calling me thanking me for finally getting the values of their condos up, some want to sell and some don’t, but just the fact that they call to say thank you is amazing,” said Laurie.
