Our Mom’s Best was started when two friends, Ann Chuber Hoffman and Jaynine Howard, were looking for things to make with an overabundance of peppers growing in the garden. Both enjoyed canning jellies and relishes and set out to revitalize their family recipes. Jars of the initial products were given to family and friends. After tasting the product several people commented that the pepper jelly was the best they had ever tasted and that they should start a business. Our Mom’s Best was born on August 21, 2014.
