Beaumont Colson enters into partnership with tolomy

LONDON - Nov. 25, 2014 - PRLog -- tolomy, the secure cloud provider, has entered into a partnership with Beaumont Colson the Developers of nDelius to host and resell their SaaS products and solutions. The agreement will see tolomy work with Beaumont Colson to bring its new offering, Delius2 and associated training applications, to market. Delius2 is a commercial off the shelf (COTS) case management system capable of supporting multiple access for the recording and processing of key information. Delius2 will be hosted on the tolomy security assured cloud platform and marketed as a software as a service (SaaS) solution for public and private sector organisations.

Beaumont Colson specialises in providing IT services and products to the public sector, such as the National Health Service and Ministry of Justice. The Delius case management system , originally developed for Manchester, London, West Midlands, Merseyside and West Mercia Probation Trusts, saw the subsequent commission of the National Delius (nDelius) solution which was rolled out across England and Wales in 2013. Delius2 encapsulates the functionality and dynamism of the nDelius case management system and makes it available for the very first time as an off-the-shelf solution.

Delius2 is a cost-sensitive solution so it was equally important to ensure hosting and maintenance costs were controlled without compromising the integrity of the system. Consequently, Beaumont Colson sought a partner able to both host and provide the highest levels of security assurance for Delius2. Beaumont Colson chose tolomy based upon its highly secure, accredited cloud platform team of CESG Listed Advisors and Security Solution Architects, and its collaborative SaaS model. Delius2 will benefit from Business Impact Level 1 and 2 protection, complex password reinforcement and two factor authentication, and integrated security operations services on the tolomy platform. tolomy’s SaaS service also integrates with secure, PSN and internet facing resource portals, futureproofing the Delius2 solution against any network changes that may be mandated by government.
