First Premier Equity Names Sean Cary President

MIAMI - Nov. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- First Premier Equity, LLC (“FPE” or “Company”), a commercial real estate acquisitions and operating company, today announced that it has named Sean Cary as its President.

Mr. Cary will oversee all of First Premier Equity’s day-to-day apartment complex operations, and he will be directly involved with all acquisitions and strategic planning.  Prior to First Premier Equity, Mr. Cary was the Vice President of CRR & Company.  While at CRR & Company, Mr. Cary grew their portfolio from $1.5 million to over $35 million in assets under management in six months. Mr. Cary received his Bachelors degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Florida International University in Miami, Florida.

First Premier Equity’s CEO, Mr. Courtney Rush, said, “Mr. Cary is one of FPE’s founding partners, and I am very excited that he has joined our senior management team.  Mr. Cary has already identified several acquisition targets and we are aggressively pursuing these companies.”
