Meant as a slice of life, not as a standard but as a solitary example from a personal perspective.

The ebook includes relatively easy recipes for side dishes that are traditionally served during the holidays, such as arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas) and a variation--a salad with orzo; and green bananas in a pickling sauce.
