Irving Dentist donates 200 turkey's and free dental exam's for the community!

IRVING, Texas - Nov. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- This is a very exciting community event to kick off the holidays to give back to the community and pay it forward!

Dr. Kalpesh Patel - Texas native of Texarkana and graduate of one of the most prestigious dental schools in the nation Baylor College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Patel made Dallas his home and opened his first practice in Irving June of 2009. Dr. Patel is passionate and active supporting the community, providing awareness of the importance of consistent dental check ups and preventive care. Dr. Patel is committed to participate in community events and article write - ups. Dr. Patel emphasizes overall oral hygiene is an essential component of one’s health. At a recent American Heart Association research meeting, researchers shared findings that professional dental care can reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. The team tracked more than 100,000 people for an average of 7 years in Taiwan. They found that those who had their teeth professionally cleaned at least once every two years were 24 percent less likely to have a heart attack and 13 percent less likely overall, oral hygiene is an essential component of one’s health.
