What Is Your Emotional Age (EA)?

World-renowned women’s advocate in Toronto to help women get “The Emotional Edge” this Holiday Season

TORONTO - Nov. 19, 2014 - PRLog -- We all know that scientists have theorized that we each have a Biological Age. For example, you could be 50-years old chronologically but “biologically” be 35. But did you also know that we each have an Emotional Age (EA)?

Emotional Age (EA) is a concept created by three-time bestselling Canadian author, world-renowned women's advocate, and founder of an international coaching school exclusively for women, Crystal Andrus Morissette. Emotional Age is separate from Biological or Chronological Age, as well as gender, Intelligence Quotient (IQ), and Emotional Intelligence (EI). It has little to do with economic or social status and everything to do with the way we act and react to life. Your Emotional Age explains your level of emotional empowerment. Understanding your Emotional Age (EA) will help you better understand how you’ve been communicating, compromising, socializing, and interacting with others.

Crystal explains: “We’ve all met that 60-year-old woman with three kids and six grandchildren who, in times of stress, behaves like an angry teenager, while another woman, half her age, acts as though she is carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders, feeling responsible for everyone and everything. These are examples of two different Emotional Ages.”

Crystal has recently completed her fourth book, The Emotional Edge (Random House Publishing), and has created a Holiday Thrive Guide Program designed to help people—women in particular—understand their Emotional Age and master the art of effective communication and negotiation, especially during the holidays when stress-levels are high. http://www.swatinstitute.com/course/the-holiday-thrive-guide/

Crystal has appeared in both the 'Power Within' and the “I Can Do It” Hay House speaker series and has shared the stage with speakers such as Dr. Phil, Naomi Judd, Suze Orman, Louise Hay, Sarah Ferguson and many more.

Crystal Andrus Morissette is available for interview November 21st to December 11th, and can speak to the following:
