Overlake Capital pitches Successful Flagship Real Estate Fund in Silicon Valley

Bellevue Hedge Fund Presents to Keiretsu Forum Expo hosted at Microsoft
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. - Nov. 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Boutique investment firm Overlake Capital will be presenting their flagship real estate fund to 500 investors this Thursday at an annual angel capital expo hosted by Keiretsu Forum, one of the world's largest angel investor associations. Overlake manages multiple funds that invest primarily in the Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma region. Partners at Overlake are confident that Silicon Valley and Bay Area investors will see the same growing opportunity in the Pacific Northwest that many foreign and institutional investors are currently gravitating towards.

"We were ecstatic when Keiretsu's founder, Randy Williams, invited us to present. We're proud members of Keiretsu's Northwest Seattle-Bellevue chapter, and this was an opportunity we couldn't pass up," wrote Paul Thacker, Overlake's co-founder and portfolio manager. According to Thacker, Overlake's flagship fund has returned over 14% to investors in each of the last three years - and at minimal risk. "For three years running, we've grossed over 20% [returns] and investors have earned over 14%. I hope California investors have an appetite for what we can do," he finished.

Blake Robbins, Overlake's other co-founder and managing partner, is highly optimistic about his firm's local Seattle-Bellevue economy: "We believe Seattle and Portland are poised to continue their long run atop national charts when it comes to economic and real estate growth. We're seeing an increasing influx of jobs in the Pacific Northwest, which has caught the attention of institutional and foreign investors. We are capitalizing on this momentum."

Overlake Capital will be presenting at Microsoft's Mountain View offices on Thursday, November 20th, at 1:35PM. The address is: 1065 La Avenida Street, Mountain View, CA, 94043, United States
