Phonedeck, a new interface for users of the Salesforce1 Platform, was designed with the needs of sales reps in mind. Initiating each action requires only one or two clicks. You can call clients or colleagues using your browser or tablet with ease – there is no need to type a phone number. When a call is coming in you’ll see all previous information about the contact in a popup. It makes it easy to recognize the customer and manage the conversation. And you won’t miss any contacts or tasks in your Salesforce workflow.

Real time communication
During the call you can make notes, directly after the conversation or later you can log the call. What is important: The call history, notes and new tasks are synchronized automatically in all devices you use! You don’t waste time on adding them manually into the Salesforce1 Mobile App or Phonedeck mobile app.

Salesforce1 Mobile Ready
The new Phonedeck is also Salesforce1 Mobile ready. If you use the Salesforce1 Mobile App you will find Phonedeck in the navigation menu. But if you like to you can also use your Phonedeck mobile app. It is available for iPhone and soon will be released for Android and Windows phones. It keeps the same user experience and minimizes the taps you need to initiate or report a call.
