Health & Wellness Innovations partners with A2 Fitness Professionals to launch Get Fit! Ann Arbor

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Nov. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Ann Arbor-based companies, Health & Wellness Innovations and A2 Fitness Professionals are offering an 8 Week Fitness Challenge to promote health and wellness in local organizations through a fun and healthy competition. The Challenge is available to all organizations in Washtenaw County and will run from January 12 to March 6, 2015.

Both individuals and organizations will be recognized for weight-loss and fitness results and are eligible to win great prizes. During the Challenge, participants can take advantage of online access to health coaches and nutritionists for personalized advice, feedback, and support. Personal fitness trainers from A2 Fitness Professionals will provide weekly, on-site sessions that are instructional and motivating. Comprehensive online nutrition and fitness tracking tools will be used to track progress throughout the eight-week program.
