Little ones will have the opportunity to share their holiday wishes with everyone’s favorite man in the red suit while enjoying a delicious breakfast and carolers performing holiday tunes. Breakfast will include an assortment of freshly baked pastries, muffins, scones, hash brown casserole, applewood smoked bacon and French toast. The event takes place from 9 – 11 a.m., and tickets are $21.95 for adults, $10.95 for children between the ages of six and 12, and children under six are free. Reservations are required. Santa will also be making regular appearances at The Chattanoogan’ A new tradition for the season kicks off on Sunday, November 30, with weekend carolers serenading guests with delightful holiday music performed in the lobby of the hotel. The carolers, a variety of different local musicians, will perform on Saturdays leading up to Christmas from 3 – 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 1 – 4 p.m. A hot chocolate bar with delicious warm beverages will be set up in the lobby. There will also be gingerbread cookies for all to enjoy and cookie decorating. The public is invited to attend. There is no fee to attend the event, but there is a small charge for food and beverage offerings. On Thursday, December 25, join family and friends at The Chattanoogan’ On Wednesday, December 31, ring in the New Year at The Chattanoogan. Chefs will be preparing a mouthwatering four-course dinner (with options for each course) served at Broad Street Grille. In addition, there will be live music and a champagne toast at The Foundry, cocktails around the outdoor fire pit and an overnight package for guests who prefer to take the elevator home. The New Year’s Eve Dinner will be served rom 5 to 10 p.m. and is $125 per couple. Reservations are encouraged. On New Year’s Day, January 1, guests may start the New Year with a delicious Champagne Brunch at Broad Street Grille that includes traditional Southern fare, such as black-eyed peas and greens, along with other delicious brunch items. The New Year’s Day Brunch is served from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., and is $24.95 for adults, $13.95 for children, and complimentary for children six and under.
