QDiscovery’s Managing Partner to Speak at Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s Annual Conference

Nov. 11, 2014 - PRLog -- New London, Conn.  – QDiscovery LLC, a premier provider of electronic discovery and forensic technology services, today announced that its managing partner, Brett Crist, will speak at the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana’s 21st Annual Conference and Meeting.

The DTCI conference, scheduled for November 20-21, provides highly relevant and timely educational opportunities for Indiana lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation. Presentations cover a wide range of topics including trial tactics, appellate court arguments, litigation ethics and mediation.

Crist’s session, titled “Maximizing Technology in the Courtroom – Effective Advocacy Through Technology,” is the business litigation topic in the substantive law breakouts track. Scheduled for November 20 at 11:40 a.m. EST, the presentation will cover the technology options available to trial lawyers and how to effectively use technology to maximize advocacy in the courtroom. Crist brings more than 20 years of experience with litigation and trial presentation software to bear on the topic and has presented to more than 25 law firms on similar themes.

Joining Crist on the panel are Curtis Greene, partner at Barnes & Thornburg, and Jason Massaro, owner of the Massaro Legal Group.

Brett Crist, managing partner for QDiscovery, has more than two decades of experience in strategy development for matter-related documents.
