MapChat gives users a new way of communicating with each other using Google Maps as a platform.Compared to other services, memories that you share within the app are much easier to find and stored much longer on MapChat.

MapChat is a more visual representation of the usual timelines we are used to see in Facebook, Twitter, etc. You can leave so-called footprints (Video/Pictures/Text) at your location and these are then visible to others. Instead of seeing things chronologically like we do on our timelines.
