The Real Seal, LLC Updates Website, Adds New Features for Customers

BARRINGTON, Ill. - Nov. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Foundation repair company The Real Seal, LLC recently gave its website a number of key updates to help make customer experience go even more smoothly.

According to owner Austin Werner, The Real Seal, LLC's website now features an email reminder system for customers, city-specific pages, a new submissions form and an all-new, easy-to-use navigation system.

"The new email reminders were implemented to help keep us on track with our current customers -- the status of their project, etc.," Werner says of this new feature. "This email is to make sure that everyone involved, from the business to the client, is on the same page. After a project is completed, a follow-up email will also be sent to the customer in which they can write reviews and comments."

Werner says the email reminder system will help ensure customers know exactly what's going on with their foundation repair or basement waterproofing project.

"Email reminders were added in order for customers to share their experiences and to make sure they're satisfied with our work," he says. "We will be able to stay in constant contact with our customers to make sure there are no forgotten appointments."

Other features, such as the submissions form and city-specific information pages, were also designed with customers in mind, according to Werner.

"We have revamped our website's submissions form page so it's more efficient. This allows us to respond promptly to customer requests for services and inquiries," Werner says. "Customers can access the submissions form page from any page on the site, which is easy to navigate. In addition, the website's new city-specific pages will help customers find them more easily on the Internet and help us target local customers in the Chicago area. Each page is uniquely designed with hand-written content to help people find The Real Seal, LLC and allow potential customers to find out if the company covers the area they live in."

Ultimately, Werner says he believes The Real Seal, LLC's new website will help uphold the high standards of customer service that it has maintained throughout its history.

"We are always updating and keeping our website current in order to keep customers satisfied -- we don't want to fall behind," he says.
