The intense cherry flavor of these preserves leads the charge before caressing the palate with layered notes of spice and a long, sweet, peppery finish. Like a wine maker, PRiMO uses a refractometer to measure the suspended sugars in each new batch of berries to ensure they were picked at their peak flavor. The fruit is then cooked for three minutes or less. PRiMO preserves were developed specifically as a compliment to cheese for the purpose of entertaining a crowd or treating oneself to something special.
