NC Homes by Larry T Changing its Name to My NC Homes

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Nov. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Larry Tollen with Coldwell Banker Advantage in Chapel Hill, NC has decided to change the name of his team to take the focus off of himself and to better reflect the  growth that’s taken place over the past couple of years.

While starting his 24th year as a full time Broker, Larry began NC Homes by Larry T in 2010. In 2013, he brought his long time friend and former competitor Andrew Palumbo on board. The new name is intended to reflect the team’s combined experience. Larry and Andrew bring a combined total of  more than 45 years’ experience in residential real estate, and the two have successfully closed over 1,500 transactions during the course of their careers.

“With the addition of Andrew and the experience he brings to the table,  the die was cast,” says Larry Tollen. “The business has reached a new level of maturity, and I felt that a name change was appropriate to reflect the direction we are moving. The real estate market has been growing aggressively and we’re excited about the future.”

Larry and Andrew expect the business to continue on its trajectory of aggressive growth over the next several years. They are now in the process of adding a full-time back office administrator to the team.

My NC Homes is focused on helping residential home buyers and sellers in the Durham and Chapel Hill areas. The name change became official on November 1, 2014.
