TORONTO - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- More people will see our T-shirt than have read your blog!

Incredibly, there appears to be almost no one who gets that the Internet and the web are not a bridle to be harnessed for their business but quite the opposite. It is their business that should adapt ... !

Write a blog as a primary source of generating business? How many new prospective clients/buyers/recruits find it each month?

A blog will generate a little business and is more than a worthwhile business effort, especially if you have writing skills, but it will not reach many new consumers or business employees (depending on your target) NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.

Keywords are great. YouTube videos are awesome (especially since Google cannot index video content – yet!). Blogs and websites are great too and all are necessary for various reasons but still you will not generate explosive or exponential growth with these alone. But I an betting that you are busting to know what will, am I right?

The answer is simple. Creating anything that goes viral will, which I am sure you are in complete agreement with. Now you only have one problem, you do not know how to create a viral marketing project and, even if you have you more than likely were never able to repeat it this mini success.

I've done iot./ And I went through a time when I had trouble repeating it. But now everything I touch seems to turn to gold and you too can go through the same type of transformation. Ready to start learning?

LESSON # 1   Is the Internet the most powerful medium for anything to go viral? Yes or no?

The answer of course is NO. And a classic example of this is entertainment, especially restaurants and movies. When a great movie is out everyone starts talking about it and it is this conversation more than any TV ad or billboard or newspaper ad that generates interest.

Sure, the newspaper tells you when and where a movie is playing (or did, not people use their mobile phone) but the ad did not create the viral conversation.

The most powerful example of something going viral or taking on a life of its own outside of advertising efforts and without marketing dollars is Word of Mouth. And, no, before you jump to any conclusions; I am not entering into a disccussion about Network Marketing or MLM.

What I am talking about ispeople telling people for no reason at all except they believe in it or like it or hate it or have some strong enough emotion to bring it up while talking to co workers, while they are on a the phone with a friend and even while posting on FaceBook or Tweeting. Online or off, it is all about conversations.

There are lots of ways to do this but one of the easiest and cheapest methods to start conversations without being "an uninvited guest' is a T Shirt. People read it and then they ask you IF THEY ARE INTERESTED. And when they do you are not a pushy sales person or mad promoter any longer, the position you are in or 'positioning' has changed.

Now you are sought after for information instead of pushing information on others. And, in case you do not understand this, it is one of the most dynamic differences in marketing and sales.

It's PULL THROUGH instead of PUSH THROUGH. And when you pull them through a process they want it whereas more often than not when you push them through they resent it.

“Lose weight now, ask me how” was one of the greatest examples of this in history. This T SHIRT created conversations like crazy and sold a lot of weight loss product, which created a lot of profit – and PROFIT is the name of the game.

“More people will see our T-shirt than have read your blog” is kind of an in your face insult really. And I do not recommend the use of this phrase on a T SHIRT but I trust it made its point and, yes, I have others that I tested - they work.
