NEW YORK - Nov. 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Marsha Mozammel, an associate of the law firm Imbesi Christensen, successfully represented a former employee of Blue Egg Homes Bracha Corp ("Blue Egg Corp").

The Honorable Roberta Manda-Flannery issued an award in favor of the firm's client after an in-person hearing was conducted.  The decision overruled the Department of Labor's determination that the firm's client volinatirly separated from her employment without good cause.

Specifically, the decision set forth the following:

DECISION: The initial and revised determinations...on the basis that the claimant lost employment through misconduct....... are overruled."

Judge Manda-Flannery determined that Ms. Mozammel successfully proved that the the firm's client's actions did not constitute misconduct.
