Peter Nygard makes another donation to National Breast Cancer Foundation

TORONTO - Oct. 30, 2014 - PRLog -- NYGÅRD and Dillard's are proud to announce their donation of $19,000.00 (USD) to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF.) The amount was raised through the successful "NYGÅRD SLIMS for Breast Cancer Research" event. $1.00 was donated from every pair of NYGÅRD SLIMS sold in the month of September at all Dillard's stores across the United States.

Events promoting the sponsorship were held in the NYGÅRD sections of all Dillard's stores, from fashion shows featuring breast cancer survivors at Dillard's North Shore, partnering with Friends with Kids of Cancer in St Louis to a NYGÅRD Shape your Style event at Arbor Place, GA.

NYGÅRD SLIMS are the personal design of the NYGÅRD founder and Chairman Peter Nygård. He has overseen all aspects of the design on SLIMS, including the patented patterns of this exceptional product. The SLIMCURVE technology waistband is exclusive to NYGÅRD.

NYGÅRD's support will continue in Canada during the month of October where $1 will again be donated from every pair of NYGÅRD SLIMS sold in NYGÅRD stores and online.
