Protection Beyond the Flu Shot, Using Your Smartphone to Avoid Flu

LOS ANGELES - Oct. 29, 2014 - PRLog -- A Flu shot is one way to protect your family, office and school from harmful illness and lost productivity. As Flu season approaches, CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommends a yearly flu vaccine for everyone 6 months of age and older as the first and most important step in protecting against this serious disease.  Even if you receive the vaccine, though, you may still catch flu from a viral strain not in the current vaccine.  Influenza viruses are spread from those infected to others up to 6 feet away by droplets broadcast via coughing, sneezing and talking.
