Some of Renee’s responsibilities include introducing new strategies in the search for new talent, including the interviewing and hiring process, motivating team members to meet or exceed predetermined revenue goals, guiding the personal development of others through constructive feedback, and establishing client expectations regarding any changes in campaign parameters.

Sari, Amanda, Bianca, and Katie will also be promoted to Leadership in the near future. They have all shown impeccable work ethic and the willingness to work hard to achieve their goals. LeRoy announces that three additional team members have been recognized for their hard work and dedication to the FX Promotions family, and as a result, have been promoted to team leaders.

Erika was recently promoted because of her determination and desire to achieve success. “Erika is a true leader,” LeRoy stated, “who also is committed to growing herself as a person. She has great communication skills that will be an asset as a team leader.”

Colby has been with the company for a short time, but very quickly was recognized for his talents and as a result has been promoted to a team leader as well. He has a background in the music industry as a recording engineer, but despite his unusual background, he is on the fast track to management. According to LeRoy, “Colby shows a lot of promise. He is passionate, driven, motivated, and determined to reach his goals. He also has great communication skills. “

Martha was also promoted. According to LeRoy, Martha exhibits the qualities that are desired in a member of the FX Promotions team. LeRoy describes Martha as very driven and determined and she wants to be a part of the expansion into New York City. LeRoy added, “Martha will be a great team leader and we are confident in her abilities to lead.”

Team leaders are responsible for creating all territory assignments and distributions. They train less experienced team members on basic product and campaign knowledge, and execute all marketing and sales techniques as requested by clients.
