Find Your Place in the Race! Boston Marathon Bibs Available Through Trinity Boston Foundation

BOSTON - Oct. 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Boston Marathon hopefuls who have not qualified for the 2015 Boston Marathon may apply to Trinity Boston Foundation for one of its charity Marathon bibs. This year, as in years past, the Foundation is a recipient of five bibs from the John Hancock Non-Profit Partnership Program. Marathoners who run the world-famous race under the auspices of one of John Hancock’s chosen charities are obligated to raise funds on that nonprofit’s behalf as part of their participation in the Marathon.

Trinity Boston Foundation’s Boston Marathon bibs are granted through application only. All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until Fri., Nov. 14, 2014. All applicants must pledge to raise a minimum of $5,000 by April 20, 2015, for Trinity Boston Foundation. Become a part of Team Trinity and find your place in the race. All funds raised by 2015 Boston Marathon Team Trinity members will support Trinity Boston Foundation’s programs.

Trinity Boston Foundation serves more than 500 Boston youth each year through a portfolio of programs focused on community, education, health and wellness, character and leadership development  as well as clinical counseling services for youth, families and the staff of youth-serving organizations. In partnership, the Foundation builds communities that offer physical, emotional and spiritual well-being while strengthening  health and cohesion across Boston. Rooted in the unique community of Trinity Church in Boston’s historic Copley Square, Trinity Boston Foundation has operated as a separately incorporated  501(c)3 subsidiary since 2006. Trinity Boston Foundation programs are open to all. The Foundation honors and respects individuals of all faith traditions, including those with no faith tradition.
