By: The Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center The carriage rides and entertainment are free, but shoppers are encouraged to bring two cans of non-perishable food per person or a cash donation to benefit A New Leaf, a 501c3. “Our carriage rides and holiday festivities have been a hit with families for years,” said Mary Walker, president of Power Promotions, and coordinator of events at The Village at Arrowhead Shopping Center. “When you combine these popular activities, as well as the true spirit of giving during the holiday season such as our partnership with A New Leaf, you have the perfect combination for a wonderful life.” The mission of A New Leaf ‘s, helping families ...changing lives, has had a positive influence in Arizona for nearly 40 years with over 25 programs Valley wide including homeless and domestic violence shelters, youth and community programs. With more than 300 employees, a financially supportive Foundation and the benefit of over 15,000 volunteer hours a year, A New Leaf provides services to nearly 20,000 individuals annually.
