Borlingo is not agency. When you work with me I am personally responsible for every aspect of the project. No middleman is involved. I do not outsource the work to third parties, unless a large project requires further translators or if you require translation into another language that is to be completed by another professional colleague from my network, either way you will be notified in advance of every aspect of such arrangement. That way, you, the end client, can have a lot of input in the final translation. All documents for translation are kept confidential unless otherwise stated by the client. The majority of my work is between English and Polish, but I also network with qualified translators proficient in a wide variety of European languages. One more thing – as a freelancer I don’t work 9 to 5; my clients can always contact me by phone or email.
