Russ Lyon Discovery Center at Rancho Manana Resort Sponsor of Mind, Body, Bliss Retreat Day

CAVE CREEK, Ariz. - Oct. 24, 2014 - PRLog -- The Rancho Manana Discovery Center, a Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty (RLSIR) affiliate, will be sponsoring an event held at the Rancho Manana Resort in Cave Creek, Arizona.

Tom Fulton and MariaElena Rizzo recently opened The Rancho Manana Discovery Center with RLSIR at the resort to provide full-service Real Estate Brokerage Services to locals and visitors alike.  Hosted in the nearby spa, the Retreat will include resident and out-of-state experts discussing integrative and alternative health. Topics will address chronic ailments and include guided meditations, yoga and emotional, spiritual health.  The schedule of events is as follow

At 9 AM Harumi Maejima of HarumiYoga+ will open with a crystal bowl sound healing, followed by a brief meditation and gentle Hatha yoga.

At 10 AM Rudy Dragone, RPH Expert on Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) will share the latest information on how it helps rejuvenate aging.

At 11 AM Dr Patricia Henthorn DC will share new information on why keeping the spine aligned prevents chronic disease and premature aging

At 12 Noon Lunch there will be a break to experience various healing modalities by exhibitors with music and lunch on site.  A silent auction will be held to benefit The Justa Center, a day resource center for homeless elders in downtown Phoenix.

At 1 PM   Dr. Jake Psenka NMD of Longevity Medical Center will speak on  Living an Allergy Free Life.  Psenka’s integrative approach to allergies has made him one of the top naturopathic physicians in the country.  His Rodale book will be published this March 2015.

At 2 PM Dr. Thomas Lodi, MD, MD (H) founder of An Oasis of Healing will speak on the latest integrative Cancer Treatments and Prevention.  He pioneered what has now become the definitive route for integrative oncology.  He now takes his teachings and practices overseas to spread his brand of oncology internationally.

At 3 pm the final presenter Eugene Alliende LMFT, transpersonal psychologist and author will present:  Experiencing Deeper Levels of Awareness in the Moment with book signing to follow.
