MyReferralIndex Feature Added to MioDatos

SAN DIEGO - Oct. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- MioDatos, a marketing automation platform developed by Computer Market Research, has a new referral management feature called MyReferralIndex.

MyReferralIndex is modeled after the Net Promoter Score, a customer loyalty metric that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. The Net Promoter Score was introduced by Fred Reichheld, Bain & Company, and Satimetrix in 2003.

With the addition of MyReferralIndex, businesses can send surveys to contacts in their database. The results of those surveys are tallied for an overall score and businesses can see which customers are their biggest promoters. From there, MioDatos helps manage referral campaigns to attract new businesses and promote customer retention.

Product Manager of MioDatos, David Ring, acknowledged the impact that the addition of MyReferralIndex has on MioDatos.

“MyReferralIndex will benefit clients that seek feedback from their customers on what they are doing right and where they can improve. From there, they are in a better position to make informative decisions on how to enhance the user experience and ultimately grow their business.

When we heard about the Net Promoter Score, we instantly embraced the concept behind it. There have been a lot of notable companies – such as Apple, Intuit, Dell, and Rackspace – that have effectively used the Net Promoter Score. By installing this concept into MioDatos, our goal is to have our clients also benefit from its effectiveness.”

MioDatos is a product of Computer Market Research, and was launched earlier this year. MioDatos provides businesses with the latest in marketing intelligence. In addition to referral marketing, MioDatos allows businesses to extend their reach through social collaboration, email marketing, landing pages, and more.
