Important Live Finale Announcement For Philly's Next Top Cosplayer

UPPER DARBY, Pa. - Oct. 22, 2014 - PRLog -- It was our intention to host a live finale in West Philadelphia at INE Studios on 10/25/14. However, due to legal/contractual issues beyond the scope of The Asian Karaoke Idol Invitational (the producers of Philly's Next Top Cosplayer), that venue has become unavailable for our use on that day. We attempted to work out a scenario by which it could take place at that building, but TAKII did not feel comfortable taking the scaled-down offer that was give to us on short notice (earlier this week). Those who have pre-regged #1 Contender's Passes & Vendor Table Slots for the live finale will be refunded within a week after this show's conclusion OR, if they desire, can convert them into Passes or Table Slots for TAKII 18 ~Brand New World~ (details for whom this would apply to will be sent separately). Given these circumstances, what is PNTC to do?

It was decided that the show MUST GO ON! Philly's Next Top Cosplayer cast members have been informed of their "Challenge #4": Iron Cosplay ~Night & Day~ modifications & have been invited to come to TAKII HQ in Upper Darby, PA on 10/25/14. And it is from this location (following this schedule: http://takii.pdnmz.com/takii-docs/worldtour/pntc/season1/mainschedule.pdf) that we will be broadcasting LIVE on our USTREAM channel for ALL FANS TO ENJOY (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/philly-s-next-top-cosplayer)!! Periodically through the day, you will get to see our contestants make their final cases as to why they deserve to become Philly's Next Top Cosplayer & interact with them using our social media integration through the USTREAM channel itself. We encourage all PNTC fans to tune in starting 4:00pm THIS SATURDAY (10/25/14) & watch as all of the LIVE STREAMING multimedia action unfolds (there is no in-person fan portion to attend). And at the end of the night, we will be treated to a performance by sensei Anastasia Versace before crowning our very 1st Philly's Next Top Cosplayer champion!

We understand that this wasn't quite what we had originally envisioned Philadelphia's 1st-ever reality show-based cosplay competition to go, but if anyone is familiar with the fighting spirit that is TAKII, we do all of this out of love. Love for our fans, this fandom, & our collective communities. Everyone who had a hand in putting this show together has sacrificed so much to make sure it continued to be a success & all of us owe all of you the dignity to finish strong & give you an entertainment experience 2nd-to-none. We apologize for any & all inconveniences caused by this restructuring of the LIVE FINALE, but will forever be thankful for your support.
