Jilly’s Cupcake Bar to become the Official Cupcakes and Ice Cream of St. Louis Children's Hospital

UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. - Oct. 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Jilly’s Cupcake Bar and Café and Jilly’s Ice Cream Bar are proud to announce they will become the Official Cupcake and Ice Cream of St. Louis Children’s Hospital.  Raising money for a good cause never tasted so sweet!

To celebrate, Jilly’s will throw a birthday party for St. Louis Children’s Hospital, which celebrates its 135^th year on Wednesday, October 29 – with cupcakes and ice cream, of course!

The party will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 29^th, at Jilly’s Ice Cream Bar, 8509 Delmar Blvd., followed by the official announcement at 11:00 a.m.

Jilly’s will create an exclusive St. Louis Children’s Hospital specialty cupcake, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation.  Jilly’s will announce a social media campaign on October 29 inviting the St. Louis community to help develop this new cupcake, and share peace, love and cupcakes with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.  This is an opportunity for St. Louis Cupcake Lovers to come together and participate in this philanthropic venture.

Jilly’s owner, Jill Segal, says, “We cannot put into words the excitement and joy that we are experiencing as we are allowed the good fortune to give back to the St. Louis Community.   Not only is this an opportunity for us to give back, but an opportunity for our customers to give back.”
