Eagle Creek Wins Supplier of the Year Award from Globetrotter Equipment

SAN DIEGO - Oct. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Eagle Creek is extremely proud to receive the Supplier of the Year Award for 2013-14 from Globetrotter Equipment, the largest outdoor retailer in Germany. Known for innovation, quality construction and durability, Eagle Creek travel gear is also becoming well known in the European market for their purchasing, delivery, customer service and product selection.  The honor, bestowed in September 2014, shows that Eagle Creek is dedicated to top-level service to their customers and consumers around the world.

The award is determined by a jury consisting of members from many in-house Globetrotter departments such as purchasing, service, inventory management and e-commerce. It is based on several criteria, including sales, profitability, service, pre-order and order processing, delivery, training and marketing network. Eagle Creek is the sole recipient for 2013-14, out of 1000+ suppliers.
