Mohr Partners Promotes Preston Sharp to Director of Portfolio Administration

DALLAS - Oct. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the promotion of Preston Sharp to Director of Portfolio Administration in Mohr’s Dallas corporate office.

Mr. Sharp joined Mohr Partners in 2006 as a Lease/Compliance Auditor. He was promoted to Senior Compliance Auditor in August 2007 and then to Manager, Portfolio/Lease Administration in October 2008. In April 2011, he was promoted to Associate Director of Portfolio/Lease Administration. To date, Mr. Sharp has saved Mohr Partners’ clients millions of dollars through Desktop/Lease Audits. In 2012 he received Mohr Partners’ “President’s Award” for above-and-beyond dedication and performance.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Sharp was the top desktop auditor at Zales where he saved the company over $1 million overseeing a portfolio of 475 locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. Later in his tenure at Zales, he worked with the Sarbanes Oxley Audit Control as well as with third party auditors, assisting Zales in its transition to the FASB 13 rule for straight lining rent and forecasting future rent accruals.

Early in his career, Mr. Sharp worked for Lehman Brothers as a Deal Flow analyst. His responsibilities included abstracting Private Placement Memorandums as well as doing foreign market exchange rate calculations for private investments, and currency conversion reporting.
