ACTE announce £60 Cellular 3G modem for Internet of Things applications

BASINGSTOKE, U.K. - Oct. 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Utilising a revised, low cost platform inside a compact package design, M1000-MP3HA is the latest Robustel UMTS/3G cellular modem with quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support and is available with either serial RS232 and USB or RS485 and USB options.

Data access to the modem is via TCP/IP, SMS or CSD data access, all of which is set up and controlled via AT commands. Serial data connectivity to end equipment can be accessed via 1 serial port and 1 mini USB 2.0 high speed interface.

Measuring 75x85x28mm and weighing just 105g, M1000-MP3HA is suitable for industrial use with a wide input voltage range of 6-26V DC and operating temperature range of -40° to 85°C. Installation methods include desktop, wall mount or via Din Rail.

Robustel M1000-MP3HA is the latest in a range of class leading industrial, cellular routers, terminal and gateways operating on 4G, 3G or GPRS.
