Shiva Offers Free Licensing for Ebola Vaccine

ELYSBURG, Pa. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- In an email to the WHO, Shiva Science & Technology Group (www.ShivaSTG.com) made an offer that few in the pharmaceutical industry would.  Shiva offered to license an Ebola vaccine based on its NISP Vaccine technology for FREE to appropriate parties.  That's right - FOR FREE!
