The Madison Bicycle Shop gets a New Name, a New Look and a New Home in Florham Park

By: The Bicycle Store
MADISON, N.J. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Madison, NJ - The Madison Bicycle Shop has announced that it will be relocating to Florham Park.  With the move comes a new, more fitting name: The Bicycle Store.  The shop has been operating at its current location since 1965.  Salvatore Piccolo, who took over ownership of the shop in 2001 after 13 years of employment under the previous owners, sees the move as an opportunity to better serve the surrounding communities from a more centralized location at The Shoppes at Florham Park on Ridgedale Avenue.

"We've always been kind of hidden back here," says Piccolo of his shop's current address on Kings Road, "Our new store will be more visible, easier to get to and easier to park at once you're there."

The Bicycle Store will continue to offer Trek, Electra and Bontrager products while enjoying a more visually appealing floor space to work with.

"Our new layout has been professionally designed and the remodel is underway as we speak," Piccolo commented, "I just can't wait to get in there!"

The Madison Bicycle Shop will be officially closing its doors on October 31st but The Bicycle Store will be open shortly thereafter at its new location at 182 Ridgedale Avenue next to the Florham Park Diner and Cathy D's Hair Design.
