Ell Real Estate Team launches luxury residential real estate arm

TUCSON, Ariz. - Oct. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Ell Real Estate Team of Keller Williams Southern Arizona announces the launch of Ell Exclusive Real Estate Group, a luxury residential real estate service provider in Tucson, Ariz.

Ell Exclusive Real Estate Group will serve residential buyers and sellers in Tucson’s luxury market, defined as homes priced at $500,000 and above.

Ell Exclusive was founded by Keller Williams agent Jeff Ell, a Tucson REALTOR® and Associate Broker. He continues to own and operate Ell Real Estate Team to serve clients across all price points.

Ell Exclusive offers clients access to KW Luxury Homes International, Keller Williams’ elite network of Luxury Consultants that sets the standard for service and expertise in the upper-tier real estate market. Agents within KW Luxury Homes International receive powerful continuing education tools, including curriculum through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and Keller Williams University.

The Ell Exclusive brand is based on service commitments that prioritize the client experience, including a concierge service to assist during the transitional phases of home buying and selling.

The new arm includes a buyer specialist and a marketing and client services director, to oversee property marketing and provide a dedicated contact for customer needs.
