Heather Dorak is the founder of Los Angeles’ fastest growing Pilates studio, Pilates Platinum. A former professional dancer, shortly after discovering Pilates, in 2006 Dorak opened her first studio in Hollywood.  Her passion and dedication to improving the well being of her community along with her inspiring nature have contributed to making her business a huge success. Today, in addition to the original location, Pilates Platinum has locations in Brentwood, Venice Beach and Santa Monica. A trusted fitness expert, Dorak has trained celebrities like Hayden Panettiere, Ali Larter and Marcia Cross; she has also been featured in publications such as Shape (, Fab Fit Fun ( and POPSUGAR Fitness (, among others. Ranked as one of Shape’s Hottest Female Trainers in America, Haley is one of the most sought after pre- and postnatal exercise specialists. Hanson’s commitment to using green beauty products sparked the launch of her own product line, which is the result of years of research and sourcing of natural and exotic ingredients. Shayna Hiller, C.H.C, R.Y.T., is a world-renowned health educator, and yoga instructor.  She offers cutting edge personal development programs for health and wellbeing. Guiding retreats worldwide, Hiller offers lectures and workshops across the country, group and private yoga classes, and individual and corporate health and wellness coaching. Her extensive knowledge of nutrition and yogic philosophy, as well as personal breakthrough from an eating disorder has led her to deeply inspire and educate her clients as to how to understand and trust what their bodies are telling them in order to make the proper choices to support total health and vitality. A certified health coach through Columbia University Teacher’s College and the Institute For Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school, Hiller is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Michael Karpenko is a world-renowned certified personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach who has worked with Los Angeles area moms and dads as well as world-class athletes like UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Meisha Tate, one of the first female UFC athletes and a former Strikeforce bantamweight champion. Karpenko is the creator of the popular home fitness workout, TapouT XT and XT2. His fitness savvy has garnered him appearances on nationally syndicated shows such as Dr. Oz. Angela Leigh is a certified yoga instructor and is an ACE and AFAA accredited fitness instructor with numerous certifications. A group fitness manager and master trainer for Schwinn and BOSU, Leigh is known as a teacher’s teacher and thrives on developing her team of Group Fitness Instructors at Equinox, where she created Stacked, the gym’s nationwide signature program. In addition, she is Equinox Training Camp’s national manager. Leigh’s fitness know-how has landed her in the pages of SELF ( magazine and she has contributed to women’s publications including Glamour and New Beauty magazines.
