Six influential fitness and wellness professionals to promote the importance of daily hydration

Michael Karpenko is a world-renowned certified personal trainer, and strength and conditioning coach who has worked with Los Angeles area moms and dads as well as world-class athletes like UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones and Meisha Tate, one of the first female UFC athletes and a former Strikeforce bantamweight champion.
