Care More Set to Deliver Over 100 Care Packages to Homeless New Yorkers

NEW YORK - Oct. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Care More, an organization dedicated to uplifting, enriching and positively impacting humanity, will be hosting its first event on Sunday, October 19, Packed With Love.

The Care More staff will be joined by volunteers across the tri-state area to deliver over 100 care packages to the homeless men, women and children of New York City. Each package will consist of travel size toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, deodorant, q-tips, wet wipes, lotion, water, nutrition bars, a fruit, pen and a journal. Each assortment will be “Packed With Love” and will include handwritten notes filled with motivational and encouraging words.

The participants will meet at 12 PM EST at 14 ST and Broadway to assign groups and locations. At 12:30 PM sharp, each group will head out to their destination and deliver care packages to every homeless individual they encounter during their route. All groups will begin to make their way back to base (Union Square Park) at 2:30 PM, where there will be an hour of discussion and reflection.
