Follow on Google News | KOR Gym Participates in the One Hour Long Cycle Event to Benefit Kettlebell 4 Autism CharityBy: KOR Strength and Conditioning KOR is the San Diego satellite location and one of the 61 locations across 13 countries that will be participating worldwide. The One Hour Long Cycle Event (1HLC) raises money for the Association for Science in Autism Treatment. The One Hour Long Cycle is an annual kettlebell lifting charity event that allows people from around the world to come together for 60 minutes and lift together, to raise funds and bring awareness to a different charitable organization each year. Previous years have included participants in Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, the United States, and Singapore, and fundraising for Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance, Japanese Tsunami Relief, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the V Foundation for Cancer Research. All funds raised will be donated to the Association for Science in Autism Treatment (ASAT). Funds raised from this event will contribute to ASAT’s goal of creating and disseminating an information resource for parents and other caregivers of newly diagnosed children.
